Filing a takedown notice
Email legal@zbrandco.com with the subject “Copyright Notice” and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our Site.
- Your contact information (name, email, and where applicable, address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the corresponding information and statements required by law.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content and restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe.
