Respecting intellectual property
zBrandCo respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on zbrandco.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA notice
A valid DMCA notice must include:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL preferred)
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 10 business days. Counter-notices may be filed if you believe your material was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, zBrandCo terminates access for repeat copyright infringers when appropriate.
